Three Posts ago, I mentioned that an agent of mine decided to do small amebo by visiting one of the clubs in Ibadan called Platinum. He took some pictures but unfortunately, he couldn't retrieve any of them. So, we would have to read the post without his own pictures. I've never been to a club so I was curious to know what goes on in there and since I can't go there, Olamide did the humble job as per he knows how these kind of stuff goes. In this post, he gives us the full gist from the models, to the food to the security. Simply relax and enjoy!

Hi, good people of Ibadan, and to my fun seeking counterparts (at least for the one time I went clubbing), how market? Lol. So, I had a good time out the other time at Platinum, a club in Ibadan and I've decided to let you in on the 411 (oops, 411 is another club ouchea...that was deliberate though. No mind my play play). Here I am at Platinum and the first thing that caught my attention were the "self acclaimed night models" just to use a tush term noni. Lol. Different shapes and sizes ready to grace the runway.

Getting in wasn't no problem, though there were security escorts at the entrance but their job was more of securing the parked vehicles outside, then occasionally search people who brought stuffs with them into the bar like bags, drinks and what not. Right now, I'm inside Platinum and the DJ at the right side of the entrance strictly fixing up the latest joints to give that club vibe needed. I looked around for few seconds, then picked a convenient angle to seat.

Sitting down for a little while, I called one of the attendants to hook me up with a drink and did small aproko by asking how much their food was. Omo, it was then I really felt the magnitude of their name...Platinum. The so-called fried rice had just few meat chunks chopped in it and probably coloring to make you believe it is sha fried rice. Egbami o...N1500 ma ni price o, with meat N2400. Just to chop food of 8 spoon scoops o...eleyi Platinum ju. The drinks already had from N350 - N500 added depending on the brand...levels. Lol.

Added to how much you would buy the normal priced one outside o. For instance, I had a bottle of Goldberg...max outside na N350 o. Here na N700 which is normal in these our clubs anyway. Just letting you in on the paparazzi noni sha. So I had my drink jejely, enjoyed the music and thankfully, a football match was going on that time. So, I just watched on while I took breaks in between to check out our "models". I had a little convo with one of them and realized they are priced from 5k upward like that...the package must be compromised, abi how you see am? Lol.

There was the upper section I was looking at from where I sat but couldn't do my FBI level reach that side. It started raining at a point in time which dampened the vibe for that time. As the rain reduced, I thought it wise to make for home. I hope you have a little idea of what Platinum looks like for now till I visit there again. Wo, that time ehn, I will be loaded ni. I wan chop the full platinum life package. Till next time, stay cool and live a platinum life. Haha.

I quite enjoyed his description of Platinum Club. He'll thereby be doing a number of visitations to places around Ibadan from now on because Final Year Project is seriously keeping me busy. If you enjoyed his writeup, give him a thumbs up. If you feel he needs to upgrade in some areas, let us know in the comment section or you can email me. It will be appreciated!
